In late 2022, Uno Loco was tasked with reimagining Vodafone’s approach to recognizing and rewarding outstanding individual performance. The objective was to cultivate a culture of excellence and celebration, with a specific emphasis on customer-facing employees. The Programme needed to foster a culture of excellence, and celebrate our superstars throughout the year. The Programme will need to have longevity and remain visible and front of mind.
The UL approach was to review this Programme holistically, we focused on how the rewards Programme can help shape an amazing work culture within One NZ. Our recommendations were designed to motivate all team members, to drive an uplift in participation and high performance.
We were able to invest in One NZ employees by designing a rewards Programme that would inspire and celebrate Customer Obsession. The magic of the programme was 1-1 personalisation – from announce, and planning to the day of experience – there were thoughtful considerations to acknowledge & reward individuals in the way that mattered most. This all laddered up to One NZ core attitudes – heart, grit & freedom – providing Uno Loco the ability to celebrate individuality & make One NZ a more incredible place to work.
