The Xero Roadshow is an annual event where the company can connect with their partners and provide added value through education, product and strategy updates. Uno Loco was tasked with producing the roadshow, which ran from September to early December 2019 in various locations across New Zealand.
Our team managed event logistics, such as venue booking, catering, the run of the show, branding, and collateral, all while adhering to the crucial delivery schedule.
We executed a highly interactive engaging and sustainable event with more than 7,000 attendees. This included 44 events across 18 locations covering almost 40,000 km2 of New Zealand.
